Who are Damon’s Parents on All American: Homecoming

On the new show, All American: Homecoming, one of the big mysteries has been who is Damon’s biological parents. There has been speculation that Amara and Marcus maybe his parents since they dated back in the day when they were in college. When confronted by Simone if there was a possibility that Amara was Damon’s mother, she denied it, so it looks like she may be out of the parent’s sweepstakes. The other speculation is that JR’s father is also Damon’s father making JR and Damon brothers. There is also a good chance that Damon’s parents could be someone who has not been seen yet. I am personally leaning toward Coach Marcus being Damon’s father, but I am unsure about who his mother is. I’m probably totally off base, but we will see. Who do you think Damon’s parents are? Did Faith Try to Shoot Adam on The Young and the Restless?

A few weeks ago on The Young and the Restless someone tried to shoot Adam but Chance took the bullet instead. This week Billy was arrested for the shooting. The police stated that the gun that was used in the shooting is registered to Billy and that Billy has a motive to try to kill Adam. Although Billy hates Adam and has tried to kill him in the past, I don’t believe that he is the shooter this time around. If Billy did not do it, then who did try to kill Adam. There are plenty of people in town who hate Adam, so the list is long. I have seen some theories that people believe that Faith may have been the shooter. Lately, Faith has been getting bullied at school for the fact that Adam kidnapped her as a baby. This is a lot for a young girl to deal with. Waiting to Exhale to Become a TV Show

According to Deadline, ABC has given a script commitment with penalty to Waiting to Exhale. Waiting to Exhale is based on the 1992 book written by Terry McMillian and the 1995 movie starring Angela Bassett, Whitney Houston, Loretta Devine, and Lela Rochon. The book and movie were about four women living in Phoenix navigating their complex relationships with the men in their lives as well as with one another. The TV series is being helmed by Lee Daniels of Empire fame and written by Attica Locke (When They See Us) and Tembi Locke (Never Have I Ever) with Terry McMillian as a consulting producer. Waiting to Exhale the TV series is being described as a reimagining look at the next generation of our women through the lens of the tangled friendships and complicated lives of their daughters. I personally really enjoyed both the book and movie so I am curious as to how a TV series will turn out. If this does become a TV series...
